What actions are you taking to increase the use of AI at Alior Bank, and where do you get your knowledge from? The project that we are implementing in the coming years will be constantly developed. We also follow current market trends and do not exclude the use of AI solutions in other areas of activity. Introducing an AI-based bot to a bank can bring many benefits, but it also requires caution and attention to the quality of customer service and data security.
